后处理系统安装、保养、维护手册随着社会对于环境保护的意识不断加强，国家法规的愈来愈严格，从国四开始，单纯从发动机方面入手已经很难经济有效的达到法规要求，所以需要增加后处理系统。SCR（selective catalytic reduction），选择性催化还原是我国最广泛应用于柴油发动机的技术路线。应用SCR技术可以达到我国现行的国四、国五、京四及京五法规要求。SCR技术通过向排气中喷射尿素，尿素高温分解产生NH3，NH3可与废气中有害气体NO x发生反应，产生无害的N2，从而达到净化发动机尾气的效果。 SCR系统可分为三部分：喷射尿素的尿素喷射系统、起催化消声作用的SCR 催箱总成以及传感器等零部件。目前，喷射系统主要采用博世DeNOx2.2系统 1 DeNOx系统概述 博世DeNOx2.2系统是一种成熟稳定的尿素喷射系统，主要包括：尿素供给单元（尿素泵），尿素喷射单元（尿素喷嘴）、尿素箱、尿素管路及喷射控制单元（DCU）。博世DeNOx2.2系统没有单独的DCU，其DCU 的功能都集成在的ECU 里。因此，本文档主要对尿素泵、尿素喷嘴、尿素箱及尿素管路的安装、维护及保养进行介绍，对ECU不做图专门的介绍。1-1为DeNOx 2.2系统原理示意图。 图1-1 DeNOx 2.2系统原理示意图 发动机启动后，传感器采集发动机信号，ECU根据这些信号计算尿素的喷射量，控制尿素喷嘴开度，实现尿素喷射量的精确控制。 尿素水溶液经尿素吸液管由尿素箱吸入尿素泵，继而泵入尿素喷嘴。当系统

1、干污泥料仓系统说明 1.1概述 干污泥料仓系统是我公司自主研发的成套系统，该系统目前在多个污泥处理项目上得到了成功应用，如上海市石洞口污水处理厂、上海市白龙港污水处理厂等。 1.2系统控制流程图 针对本项目的干污泥料仓系统流程控制图如下： 1.3系统设备组成 该系统组成设备清单如下：

1.4系统操作流程说明 本项目操作分为就地操作和远程操作。就地操作是在就地控制箱面板上操作，远程操作是在PLC控制柜触摸屏上操作。两者关系为：就地控制箱负责所有动力设备、气动阀的配电和控制。就地控制箱内不设PLC，采用硬接线方式对设备进行配电和连锁控制。就地控制箱输出端子进入PLC控制柜，通过PLC控制系统编程实现动力设备和仪表的连锁，就地控制箱有接收PLC控制柜输出信号的端子。PLC控制柜触摸屏可对所有就地设备进行操作。 本项目远程控制与就地控制有较长的距离，且远程无法观测到现场情况，所以，从设备运行安全角度出发，该系统操作应以现场操作为主。 操作流程如下： 装车启动：就地控制箱上设一个装车按钮，该按钮接收PLC控制柜的输出信号，进

行一系列操作，即散装机、除尘器和抽风机同时开启，而后延时一段时间（约1分钟）后同时开启螺旋输送机和输送机前的气动阀。 停车操作：停车分为手动停车和自动停车两种模式。手动停车即利用就地控制箱面板急停按钮操作，该按钮接收远程PLC控制柜的输出信号，进行一系列操作，即螺旋输送机前气动阀先关闭，而后延时一段时间（约1分钟）关闭螺旋输送机、散装机、除尘器和抽风机。自动停车是通过散装机下方料位计实现的，料位计信号进入PLC控制柜，由PLC发出指令自动停止装车操作，自动停车步骤与手动停车步骤相同。 1.5仪表控制说明 每套干污泥料仓系统仪表包括6只热电阻、1只压力变送器、两只料位计（一只4-20mA超声波料位和一只开关量料位）、一只O2分析仪、四只电磁阀和两只气动阀。 干污泥料仓采用控制柜设触摸屏控制方式，触摸屏设有组态画面，画面显示所有设备和仪表的信号显示。触摸屏设有报警界面，对设备故障、仪表超出设定值时进行报警显示。触摸屏设有设备操作界面，可对就地设备进行控制。 仪表控制流程请参照流程控制系统图，仪表控制说明如下： ?所有热电阻信号显示和报警功能，当温度过高或过低时报警。 ?O2分析仪信号显示和报警功能，当氧量过高时报警。 ?进氮气电磁阀(U01-1/2)和出氮气电磁阀(U04-1/2)受压力变送器(P01-1/2)的控制。 当压力变送器压力值下降至1mbar（可调）时开启进氮气电磁阀，当压力值升高至1.2mbar（可调）时关闭进氮气电磁阀。当压力变送器压力值升高至1.4mbar （可调）时开启出氮气电磁阀，当压力值回落至1.2mbar（可调）时关闭出氮气电磁阀。 ?两只料位计一只为超声波料位，测量范围为0.3-10m，该仪表信号在触摸屏上显 示和报警（根据设定值进行报警）；另一只料位计为开关量信号（伸入长度在0.8m 左右），该信号输出信号给干污泥料仓前输送设备的控制系统、同时输出信号进就地配电控制柜。 ?氮气管道设压力表，就地显示，并输出低压力（0.4Mpa）信号至PLC报警。
