经甲、乙双方协商一致同意按下列条款进行加工（装配）业务；

Based upon the principles of equality, voluntariness and mutual benefit,Part A and Part B agree to

the following terms and conditions regarding the processing equipment (assembly) business;

一、甲方向乙方提供成品装配件如下表：

二、交货期：甲方成品装配件于2009年11月28日前交达乙方指定地点；

2.Delivery date:The assembly parts supplied by Part A will arrive in SIG Combibloc Systems GmbH before Nov. 28th. 2009,

三、付款条件：FOB上海 60天

3.Payment terms: FOB Shanghai　60 days

四、运输：运输货款由甲方负责到XXXXXXXX仓库的运费和报关费，其余由乙方负责。

4.Transport : Part A is responsible for the goods to XXXXXXXX,the remaining freight

borne by the buyer.

五、其他：1、成品装配件质量要求由乙方提出，由甲方来保证；

2、包装要求：甲方按乙方的要求进行包装，保证在运输过程中不损坏装配件；

5.The others:①Quality requirements from Part B,and ensured by Part A,

②Package:Ensured by Part A that no damage to goods during transport .
