My speech’s topic is the fatter you are,the worse memory you have.
Did you ever find that after you ate a lot, your memory declined? After I read the article ,I find it totally normal.
The article shows that people who are obese have a worse memory than their thinner friends.Tests on 50 people showed being overweight was linked to worse "episodic memory" or the ability to remember past experiences . The study shows a less vivid memory of recent meals may lead to overeating.However, other aspects of memory - such as general knowledge - were unaffected. Through the study ,scientists found that obese people's scores were 15% lower than thinner people in the memory test.And those with a short memory will have repeated meals in a short period of time and that makes the people who are overweightmore obese.Then is a vicious spiral.
For us, with a healthy body not only let you better find a boyfriend and girlfriend, but also on your memory. Obesity are irreconcilable opposed to health. Now, if you have a fat body, not just your boy or girl friend may leave you, your memory will decline,too. So how can we avoid this situation? Very simple, you can not obesity.As long as you are not fat, not only your memory will not go away from you, your friends will never leave you,too.
