Appendix to Interim Approval of PSW

注意事项Notes

当供方状态不能满足完全批准时，供方可以主动申请临时批准，此时：

The supplier may forwardly file an application for the interim approval in case the conditions thereof do not meet the full approval, and under such case:

1.1、在PSW上声明/解释或说明栏中注明“临时批准申请,详见PSW附页”，须同时附带PSW附页。 Indicate "Interim Approval Application and Refer to the Appendix to PSW for Details" in the Declare / Explanation or Instruction column in PSW and attach the PSW appendix if necessary.

1.2、如果零件不符合或不能证明已符合设计记录的规格，须同时附带已得到高田（上海）批准的特采申请书复印件。 In case the parts do not or cannot be proved having met the design spec. recorded, it is required to attach thereto the copy of the AOD Application Form already approved by Takata (Shanghai).

1.3、临时批准后的有效期间内，供方若不符合对策计划，即使按照截至日期或规定的数量交运，部品仍会被拒收。 If the supplier does not meet the countermeasure plan within the effective period after the interim approval, even in case the delivery is made according to the date or the quantity specified, the parts will be rejected.

1.4、临时批准后，供方重新提出PSW完全批准时，需在PSW上提交原因/其它中注明“第次提交，被临时批准”且须同时附带已得到供应商品质管理确认各问题点对策完成的PSW附页。 When the supplier re-submits the PSW Full Approval after the interim approval, it is required to, in the area under Reason of Submission / Others,indicate that "Submit for the XX time, being interimly approved", together with the appendix to PSW approved by Supplier Quality Management Section that the completion of countermeasures of each problem.

当供方状态不能满足完全批准，且供方未主动申请临时批准时：Where the supplier's conditions do not meet the Full Approval and the supplier fails to apply for the interim approval forwardly:

1.5、供应商品质管理填写问题点并建议拒收，在最高品质责任人在PSW上签署拒收后，将PSW及其附页反馈给供方。 Supplier Quality Management Section fills the problems and suggests rejection and return to the supplier the PSW and the appendix thereof after having been signed for rejection by the top quality person-in-charge.

1.6、拒收后，供方重新提出PSW临时批准时，需在PSW上提交原因/其它中注明“第 次提交，被拒收”，且须同时附带制定对策计划并提出临时批准申请的PSW附页。 The supplier is to, after being rejected, re-submit the interim approval of PSW and shall, in the area under Reason of Submission / Others,indicate that "Submit for the XX time, being Rejected", together with the formulated countermeasure plan and present the appendix to interim approval of PSW.

1.7、拒收后，供方重新提出PSW完全批准时，需在PSW上提交原因/其它中注明“第 次提交，被拒收”，且须同时附带已得到高田（上海）SQE确认各问题点对策完成的PSW附页。 After being rejected and when the supplier to re-submit the PSW Full Approval, it is required to, in the area under Reason of Submission / Others on PSW,indicate that "Submit for the XX time, being Rejected", together with the appendix to PSW approved by Takata (Shanghai) SQE that the completion of countermeasures of each problem.
