CRASH in my view

A great film, and here are some pieces of my thought.

First, racial discrimination is involved in this film. People are rated by colour or their race. Some of the white are always high up in the air in a mixed and open big city such Los Angeles just like Anthony, the black burglar, once said. Yeah, this is the fact that no one can deny. But what makes this dramatic is the different idea between Anthony and the other burglar, little brother of an black detective, who doesn’t think they are treated differently. In my opinion, in order to eliminate prejudice to black people, not only white people but also the black themselves should change their attitude. Anthony didn’t agree with that so he saw race discrimination everywhere, which left him in great shadow and push him to rob the “wicked” white people. But after he saw a white policeman help a black director out of trouble, he changed his mind. He got on a bus that he would never take before and found that the white and the black could sit together peacefully. He found that the world full of sunshine and he even liberated the trafficked people. Sometimes inequality comes from outside. Sometimes it is born of our mind. This idea is not about only Anthony or racial discrimination, but is also appropriate for everyone in every situation.

Secondly, the film tells us that there is only a thin line between sheep and goat. And there is no absolute good or bad person. Officer Ryan seemed to be a jerk, but the jerk helped a woman out of death. Tommy is upright, but he killed an innocent young man by accident. In addition, don’t make decisions when in bad mood. The mad Miss Jean blamed her housekeeper only to find she was the only friend whom she could rely on. The mad policeman fired on his passenger only to find that there’s no gun in his hand. The mad Persian store owner fired on a little girl only to find he almost created a tragedy. Lara Elizabeth, the young girl in the cloak of love, is really an angel.

The ending of the film is partly satisfactory and partly tragic, touching me deeply. The young girl survived while the black kid is found dead. Maybe real life is a tragicomedy just like the movie. All we can do is to believe in love and bravery, and believe that every person has a good nature.

浅谈高中英语写作教学 高中英语写作教学主要要求学生能够通过学习写作，表述事实，表达自己的对某些事情事物的观点，态度。这一部分重点在于交流信息，培养良好规范的写作步骤及习惯。通过高中英语写作学习以后学生应该达到可以自主的整理思路，组织手头所拥有的素材更好的规划文章结构，列出提纲，起草文章，组织语言，遣词造句，修改文章以及可以很好的使用标点符号。高中英语教学各个方面也是紧密相联系的，这主要体现在对写作材料的要求上：对于高中英语写作教学来讲，写作材料的难易程度相当重要，首先，写作材料必须与学生的水平相当，贴近学生的生活。话题具体，有趣味性和真实性，吸引学生。 我们老师在进行这一部分教学时要特别注意自己的角色。老师在写作教学中起的是指导，启发，示范，商讨，鼓励，讲评等角色。这一部分学生最重要的是参与活动，跟随老师一步一步的去完成练习。当然学生也要有自己的思想，这样才能做出有自己特点的文章来。写作的过程分为写作前期，中期，后期，三个阶段。写前主要就是理解，分析，讨论，得出结论。这期间也会涉及到口语活动，重点在于讨论，有时候仅仅是自己思考，分心问题。写中重点是对所讨论的知识进行重新组合加工，或得出自己的结论，是文章内容顺畅，准确表达自己的观点，态度或者情感等。写作后期，重点在于检查，修改，措辞是否准确，标点是否使用规范，单词拼写有无错误，词汇有没有错用，误。用。句子是否简洁，写作是否切题等等。 同时在英语课文教学中，英语课文教学应象语文课文那样注重课文分析，在课文理解的基础上，注重对课文整体及段落的表达方法和技巧的教学，帮助学生分析，体会课文整体结构的谋篇及段落展开的方式，精彩段落让学生背诵、消化、吸收，为表达积累材料，在此基础上组织学生对课文进行编写和续写练习，我们可以以此来开拓学生的写做思路。另外，我们还可以开发利用课本中 Speaking 和课后的 Talking部分的丰富的材料，都可以让学生作为书面表达来写，这样就扩充了学生的写作范围和内容，使学生有更多的选择余地，选择他们感兴趣的内容来写，使他们乐意写作，也使他们有更多的机会练习写作。 我在写作教学过程中就特别注重写作教学的基本训练与简单句型的练习。从简单的五大基本句型开始写起： （1）S+V （2）S+V+O （3）S+V+C 4）S+V+IO+DO （5）S+V+O+C以及一个“there be”等等进行句型的练习。其实在英语文章中几乎所有的英语句型都是这五种句型的扩展、延伸或变化即，简单句的高级句式变化。一篇文章不一定非要全写的是复杂句子，或者是复合句，简单句的高级句式或许更加的恰当。因此，训练学生“写”，首先要抓住五种基本句型的训练，让他们把五种基本句型记牢并不断运用，为写作打下坚实的基础。 其次，加强句型教学，还要对一些句子进行分析，加强他们利用各种句子进行一意多种表达的训练。平时要求学生进行训练时尽可能的做那些有参考答案的写作训练，对照参考答案找出差距，从而更进一步的提高自己。我一直坚信，背诵和写作水平提高成正比例，所以在写作教学的同时特别注意培养学生对语言的感觉，要求学生去背诵一些小短文，如，广东高考的小作文，再如，新概念英语

浅谈高中英语写作能力的提高 发表时间：2011-08-26T09:24:14.000Z 来源：《学英语》(高中教师版）2011年第50期供稿作者：郑亮郭荣红 [导读] 想要提高学生的写作能力，也绝不可能是一朝一夕的事情。 湖北京山五中郑亮 湖北京山绀弩中学郭荣红 英语作文是衡量学生英语综合水平和应用英语语言能力的一个重要因素。从近几年的高考情况来看，书面表达已成为考查学生写作能力的固定题型，占有相当大的比重，而且要求越来越高。所以,写好一篇文章对于考生来说是举足轻重的。一些学生在英语写作上下了很多功夫，但是却往往达不到理想的效果；英语作文的教学也显得异常艰难,往往事倍功半。所以，在高中阶段，作为一名英语教师，应从高一开始就重视学生写作能力的提高，在指导和组织学生进行英语写作上下功夫，注重对学生书面表达的有效训练。 本文就如何提高学生英语写作水平谈几点看法，希望与同仁共同探讨。 一、抓住学生的心理，增强写作意识，提高写作兴趣。 许多学生在平时练习中，基本不写作，老师布置的作文也是拖拖拉拉才拼凑字数交上去。这是什么原因呢？高中学生思维活跃、情感丰富 ,然而对于用英语来表达自己的思想感情 ,却没有信心,担心出错 ,怕老师批评，学笑话。因此，在教学过程中老师应该帮助学生克服焦虑，树立信心。 首先,在心理上尊重学生,肯定和接受他们，给他们提供自我实现的机会来满足自尊的需要，从而激发他们写作的兴趣,建立起自信心。其次,要允许甚至鼓励学生犯错误,让他们意识到语言错误其实是习作过程中的自然现象,根本不需要感到焦虑。只要通过老师分析错误,找出根源所在,就能有意识、有策略地加以纠正。 再次，要让学生明白写作的重要性和作用，提高写作意识，鼓励学生的创造性作文，对学生写作闪亮点毫不吝啬的进行表扬。 二、夯实基础教学，为写作铺路。 1.注重词汇教学，训练写作能力。 词汇是基础中的基础，是说话写作的必须材料。因此在教学过程中应特别注意学生的词汇积累。在每个单元结束以后，应及时对词句进行巩固复习。可将教材每个模块的重要短语和句型打印成册，要求学生抄写和背诵，长期积累来提高词汇量。在平时教学中加强对重点词汇与词组搭配的讲解。可以从简单句着手，采取汉译英的方式，以培养单句的表达能力，达到熟练运用基本句型的目的。 2.熟练掌握语法，提高写作能力。 语法是正确连接词汇，写好一篇文章的工具。语法的正确表达能够帮助学生排除实际写作中受母语的干扰。提高语法水平，并不纯粹是做语法题。教师还应尽量减少中式英语，创设互动教学环境，让学生在教师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和写作等方式学习语法知识。这能提高学生的学习兴趣，牢固掌握正确的表达方式。 3.结合听说读写，训练写作能力。 英语的听、说、读、写是相互影响，提高听说一定会促进写作能力提高。而提高听、说能力的关键在于创设一个良好的英语语言环境。 平时教学中也要注重指导学生尽量地用自己的话来表达自己的思想感情。多和学生进行英文对话，或者让学生分组讨论，组织对话，表演活动等。 在教学过程中，听写单词、词组、句子和重点自然段，也是提高学生写作水平的有效方法。可以有意地让学生听一些英文歌曲,记下听到的词和短语,然后指导学生运用这些词、短语造句或写短文。 教师课堂上要尽量用英语授课，课后多开展丰富多彩的英语活动。如唱英语歌曲、朗诵英文诗歌等。提高学生学习英语的兴趣，多让学生去领略，体会真实情景。使用英语时间长了，学生自然能用地道的英语进行交流和写作了。 4.通过扩大阅读量，提高写作能力 教师应该对课文中优秀的篇章进行重点讲解，并要求学生背诵和默写，以利于学生模仿。同时，教师还可结合课文阅读材料进行各种体裁的写作训练。目前，课文中有记叙文、日记、通知、信条、书信、演讲稿、广告和说明书等多种体裁。通过大量阅读可以不断扩大学生的知识面，适应各种题材的写作。 三、写作知识和技巧的训练。 学生的写作存在一些不足之处主要体现在以下一些方面：1）单词拼写错误，词汇辨识不清，搭配不当。2）句法知识不扎实，无法驾驭长句。3）基本语法错误严重。4）“中式”英语严重。5）篇章结构及衔接能力差。6）审题错误，内容表达不清不全。7）句子与句子之间缺少衔接，过渡不平稳。8）动词时态错误，这也是作文中最常见的一种错误。 根据上述问题，在写作中，我们可以采取这些方法来改进写作。 1.正确审题和构思，明确体裁和格式。让学生明确常见的几种文体和格式。结合课文按体裁分类，详细介绍并具体指导学生练习各种文体的写作。 2.抓住要点，一一对应。要点齐全无遗漏是得分的关键。可用列提纲形式或Keywords列出，以免遗漏要点。 3.练习造句多用句式。运用一些短语词汇和英语常见句式是写出优秀句子的关键，可对五种简单句进行强化训练，再对并列句、复合句进行适当的训练。此外，精辟的短语词汇的运用也能提高写作的档次，平时积累一些短语及例句。 4.选用恰当连词。写作不仅仅是句子堆积，要注意文章的连贯性和逻辑性。文章上下衔接自然、紧凑，用好连接词是关键。在平时教学中，要使学生能按照合理的顺序或按一定的写作线索选用恰当的连接词，使句子连成结构紧凑、层次分明、语义连贯的短文。 5.检查修改，誊写工整。写完文章后，检查文章中的拼写和语法是否正确，字数是否达标，文章要点是否齐全，删繁就简，使表达更加精炼和恰当，减少低级错误，并保持卷面整洁。 四、通过教师批改和讲评，提高写作能力 教师对学生的写作要进行及时地讲评。也可以采取面批的形式批改作文，或者让学生相互修改，互相评价，找出差距，再进行反复练
