推荐国际学术刊物（二）

CCF 2011年7月推出了国际学术会议和期刊目录修订版。自2010年8月CCF推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录（第一版）发布后，受到学术界的欢迎。一年来，经过CCF学术工作委员会组织业内专家反复讨论和修订，推出了修订版。CCF已在CCF网站设立目录专区，便于业界人士查询和下载，也供国内高校和科研单位作为学术评价的参考依据。本刊将陆续分类刊登。

本次修订对上一版内容进行了充实，一些会议和期刊的分类排行进行了调整。目录中的专业方向包括：计算机科学理论、计算机体系结构与高性能计算、计算机图形学与多媒体、计算机网络、交叉学科、人工智能与模式识别、软件工程/系统软件/程序设计语言、数据库/数据挖掘/内容检索、网络与信息安全、综合刊物等。

目录中，刊物和会议分为A、B、C三档。A类表示国际上极少数的顶级刊物和会议，鼓励我国学者去突破；B类是指国际上著名和非常重要的会议、刊物，代表该领域的较高水平，鼓励国内同行投稿；C类指国际上重要、为国际学术界所认可的会议和刊物。

CCF学术工作委员会每年将组织专家根据学术界的反馈和意见进行修订，并逐步增加研究方向。欢迎学术界提出意见（ccf@https://www.sodocs.net/doc/911030386.html,）。

最近在审一篇英文稿，第一次做这个工作，还有点不知如何表达。幸亏遇上我的处女审稿，我想不会枪毙它的，给他一个major revision后接收吧。呵呵 网上找来一些零碎的资料参考参考。 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1、目标和结果不清晰。 It is noted that your manuscript needs careful editing by someone with expertise in technical English editing paying particular attention to English grammar, spelling, and sentence structure so that the goals and results of the study are clear to the reader. 2、未解释研究方法或解释不充分。 In general, there is a lack of explanation of replicates and statistical methods used in the study. Furthermore, an explanation of why the authors did these various experiments should be provided. 3、对于研究设计的rationale: Also, there are few explanations of the rationale for the study design. 4、夸张地陈述结论/夸大成果/不严谨： The conclusions are overstated. For example, the study did not show if the side effects from initial copper burst can be avoid with the polymer formulation.

It is close but not completely correct. I have attached a pdf file with Instructions for Authors which shows examples. Most sentences contain grammatical and/or spelling mistakes or are not complete sentences. As presented the writing is not acceptable for the journal. There are problems with sentence structure verb tense and clause construction. The English of your manuscript must be improved before resubmission. We strongly suggest that you obtain assistance from a colleague who is well-versed in English or whose native language is English. 四大中文核心期刊评价体系

四种中文核心期刊评价体系资料介 绍 对中国内地出版的期刊中核心期刊的认定，目前国内比较权威的有以下几种版本： 第一种是中国科技信息研究所（简称中信所）每年出一次的《中国科技期刊引证报告》（限理工科期刊，以下简称《引证报告》）。中信所每年第四季度面向全国大专院校和科研院所发布上一年的科研论文排名。排名包括SCI、Ei、ISTP 分别收录的论文量和中国期刊发表论文量等项指标。《引证报告》以1300多种中、外文科技类期刊作为统计源，报告的内容是对这些期刊进行多项指标的统计与分析，其中最重要的是按类进行“影响因子”排名。 第二种是北京大学图书馆与北京高校图书馆期刊工作研究会联合编辑出版的《中文核心期刊要目总览》（以下简称《要目总览》）。《要目总览》不定期出版，1996年出版了第一版，2000年出了第二版。《要目总览》收编包括社会科学和自然科学等各种学科类别的中文期刊。其中对核心期刊的认定通过五项指标综合评估。 《引证报告》统计源期刊的选取原则和《要目总览》核心期刊的认定各依据了不同的方法体系，所以二者界定的核心期刊（指科技类）不完全一致。 在《引证报告》和《要目总览》中每次都被评为核心期刊的期刊在其刊名前面加注了“#”，共597种。被《要目总览》1996年版，2000年版都定为核心期刊的社科类期刊，加注“=”，共434种。此外，被1999年EI和SCI收录的期刊，分别注以“+”(71种)或“ &”(28种)。 第三种是中国科学引文数据库(http://159.226.100.178/html/lyqkb.htm，限于理工科期刊)。它是由中国科学院文献情报中心建立的, 分为核心库和扩展库。核心库的来源期刊经过严格的评选,是各学科领域中具有权威性和代表性的核心期刊。我校在科研成果认定中把中国科学引文数据库核心库中的刊物均认定为核心期刊。 第四种是《中国人文社会科学核心期刊要览》。它是由中国社会科学院文献信息中心和社科文献计量评价中心共同建立的核心期刊库，我校在科研成果认定中均认定为核心期刊。 国内核心期刊，我院以最新版（目前以2004版）《中文核心期刊要目总览》为基础，在此基础上将核心期刊分为A、B、C、D四类。 国际国内重要检索系统简介

英文论文审稿意见范文

This paper addresses an important and interesting problem -automatically identifying adult accounts on Sina Weibo. The authors propose two sets of behavior indicators for adult groups and accounts, and find that adult groups and accounts have different behavioral distributions with non-adult groups and accounts. Then a novel relation-based model, which considers the inter-relationships among groups, individual accounts and message sources, is applied to identify adult accounts. The experimental results show that compared with state-of-the-art methods, the proposed method can improve the performance of adult account identification on Sina Weibo. Overall, the article is well organized and its presentation is good. However, some minor issues still need to be improved: (1) The authors should summarize the main contributions of this paper in Section 1. (2) In Section 4.2, the authors mentioned that “A group will attain a value very close to on GACS if all its accounts have entirely copied their own texts, images or contact information”. However, according to Equation 8, contact information is not considered when computing GACS. (3) In Algorithm 1 on Pg. 17, it seems that “t=t+1” should be added after line 6. (4) I suggest that the limitation of this work should be discussed in Section 9. (5) There are a few typos and grammar errors in this paper.
