高职院校成教学生思想政治教育工作方法探究

【摘要】高职院校的成教学生是现代高等教育中一个特殊的学生群体。随着社会市场经

济不断深入发展，成人高等教育规模逐年扩大，生源组成越来越复杂。高职成教学生的思想政治状况呈现出许多新特点，加强学生思想政治教育工作已不容忽视。本文针对当前高职院校成教学生的特点和思想实际，对思想政治教育的方法和载体进行创新和改革，切实提高学生思想政治素质。

【Abstract】The adult education students of the higher vocational college are a special group in modern higher education. With the development of social market economy， the scale of adult higher education enrollment has expanded each year and the composition has become more and more complex. The ideological and political status of these students has shown many new characteristics. Strengthen ideological and political education can not be ignored. According to the characteristics and actual ideological political status of the adult education students of the higher vocational college， it proposes the innovation and reformation towards the method and supporter of ideological and political education. In this way can adult students' qualities in higher learning institutions be virtually promoted.

随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展，社会对各种层面实用型人才的需求急剧增加。作为高等教育重要组成部分的成人高等教育规模逐年扩大，成教生源构成越来越复杂。新形势下成教学生成长的外部环境和内在因素都发生了变化，学生的思想状况逐渐呈现出一些新的问题。现今，如何针对高职院校成教学生的特点，加强思想政治教育成为摆在我们面前亟需解决的一项重要课题。

1 高职院校成教学生的基本特点

近年来，高职院校成教学生作为一个特殊群体，生源构成慢慢扩大为包括中职中专、高职高专、普通高考落榜生、社会在职人员等在内的多群体性组合，因此他们既具有高校大学生的普遍性，又具有一些特殊性。有的学生与普通高校学生年龄、爱好、志向、身心状况大致相同，因为高考失败等原因而选择成人教育，他们大多是独生子女，缺乏生活磨难，性格脆弱，容易产生自我中心主义，功利意识较强；有的学生则已成家立业，有些年龄甚至比教师都大，具备了一定社会经历，他们的生理、心理较为成熟，有独立的人生观、价值观和世界观。成教
