一、演讲在临上场前如何准备

（一）调整心态及呼吸

1.不过度兴奋也不过度悲伤。

2.可适当保持一定的兴奋度。

3.若心跳加速，可进行几次深呼吸。

4.若过度紧张可尝试转移自己的注意力。

（二）转移注意力的方法

1.听轻音乐（较为舒缓的音乐）

2.看看自己喜欢的杂志或者书籍（健康向上类的）

3.预想自己成功的画面，给自己信心。

（三）整理仪容仪表

1.头发不英国飘过乱，应打理整齐。

2.穿的鞋子要合适。女生若穿高跟鞋，应提前适应，切忌穿

自己无法驾驭的高跟鞋。男生不应穿拖鞋或者篮球鞋等。

3.正式场合应穿着正装。女生若穿裙子，长度不应过短，至

少到达膝盖处。较为正式的场合女生应穿高跟鞋。

4.不应穿着过于眼花缭乱的衣服，易起反作用。衣着应尽量

简洁大方，搭配的颜色不要过多。

5.若装扮有配饰（耳环、项链、围巾、腰带、手镯、发带、

戒指等），应检查好牢固度及位置，且不要影响个人形象。

6.衣服无褶皱，要平整。

7.身上应无明显污渍，如面部要洗干净。

（四）若有辅助工具（道具、电脑放映文件等），在上台前应检查其是否可以正常使用。

二、走上演讲台

（一）走上演讲台的过程中平视前方，同时也要小心脚下，避免跌倒，小心台阶楼梯等。

（二）走路步速应适中、不应太快或太慢。

（三）双手放在合适的位置，或随着身体摆动；适当前后微微摆动，不应大摇大摆。

（四）面部表情要自然。

三、站上演讲台前但演讲还没开始时

（一）平复心态，深呼吸。

（二）调整站姿及双手位置。

（三）不要在台上做小动作（拨头发、抬眼镜等）

四、演讲正式开始后初始的几步

（一）若有领导或老师在，应先向其鞠躬并问好；然后再向观众鞠躬并问好。

（二）鞠躬一般45度角即可。

（三）称呼观众的几种方法
