国内英语演讲研究现状思考

自从1996年首届“21世纪杯”全国英语演讲比赛成功举办之后，国内各种英语演讲比赛开始层出不群，参赛人员也涉及了各个年龄层次的学生，如：外研社杯“全国英语演讲大赛”；“21世纪杯”全国英语演讲比赛、

“新东方杯”

大中小学生英语演讲大赛等。截止2011年，外研社已连续十年举办了“全国英语演讲大赛”，“21世

纪杯”

英语演讲大赛连续举办了十七届，全国高校已累计有上千万的大学生参与其中，还有众多的中小学学生也积极参与到了其中。

英语演讲是一门讲求策略的交际艺术，它要求将英语作为一种工作语言来运用，其有别于一般的英语口

语，是一种具有逻辑性、

目的性的高级英语口语形式。而由英语演讲比赛的蓬勃发展带动起来的研究绝非仅仅局限于指导学生参加比赛，我们更多地是为了普及教育，毕竟能够参与到比赛中的选手只是一小部分学生。英语演讲研究对推动全国英语教学改革的发展，提高英语教学水平，培养真正将英语作为工作语言的国际化高素质人才有着深远的意义。

一、英语演讲研究分类

在中国知网的“中国学术期刊网络出版总库”、“中国博士学位论文全文数据库”、“中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库”、“中国重要会议论文全文数据库”四个数

据库中，进行

“题名”中含有“英语”且“演讲”的“模糊匹配”搜索，在1980年1月1日至1995年12月31日期间仅显示出10条搜索结果,其中只有两篇涉及到英语演讲的环节培训和英语语体特征。从1996年1月1日至2011年12月16日共有367条搜素结果。笔者将这367篇关于英语演讲的文章（除去通知、通告、新闻、短讯、书评等）进行了系统的分类分析，大致可以分为三大类：第一类为英语演讲教学研究（包括英语演讲环节的

研究），第二类为英语演讲中语言、

语篇方面的研究，第三类为英语演讲翻译的研究。

（一）英语演讲教学研究

这类学术论文占到文章总数的一半以上，很重要的原因是在目前国内英语演讲大赛如火如荼开展的影响下，许多学者注意到了英语演讲教学实践的重要性。根据分类标准的不同这类文章又可以分为七个研究方向，

从中可以发现它们研究的范围、

内容和重点。1.着重于地区特色的研究。如：针对山西省、河南省、河北省等不同地区的英语演讲问题进行的研究。这一类的研究通过集中分析区域内英语演讲的现状，发现其共性，对今后区域性的演讲教学研究有着一定的反思和促进作用。

2.侧重于对不同层次学校和学生英语演讲的研究。如：有的就理工类院校、师范类院校的英语演讲课程进行研究；有的研究高职高专类学生英语演讲的特点；还

有关于对独立学院、

甚至于专业性较强的学校如体音美等大学中的英语演讲教学研究。同时也有文章对中学生英语演讲能力的培养以及研究生群体的英语演讲教学进行研究。

3.着重于对不同学科领域英语演讲的研究。如：研究中对英语专业与非英语专业、旅游英语专业和商务英语专业等不同专业开设英语演讲课的教学思考。

4.结合各门课程进行英语演讲的研究。如结合口译、语音、口语、电影赏析等课程研究英语演讲的教学策略。这类研究通过训练英语演讲来提高各门课程的教学效果，最具代表性的研究有比如代表性的研究有：英语演讲与口译之间的关联性、英语口语与英语演讲之间的相关性、英文电影在英语演讲教学中的作用及应用等等。

5.着重于对英语演讲研究意义、价值和作用的探
