我班留守生23人，父母双方均在外地打工的为20人，单亲在家的有3人。他们最大的17岁，最小的仅15岁。这些孩子跟着爷爷、奶奶，或外公、外婆，或叔叔、大伯生活，有的兄妹相依。由于家庭管理不到位，加之周边环境复杂，这些孩子在不同程度上存在着学习问题和心理健康问题。为了能让这些孩子健康快乐地成长，我班因地制宜地采取了一系列独特而创新的做法。

一、实行“三先”、“三多”的工作方法。

摸清本班留守生的底数，建立留守生专门档案和联系卡。对留守生，我实行“三先”、“三多”的工作方法。

“三先”即：

学习上优先辅导、生活上优先照顾、活动上优先安排；“三多”即：

多看一眼、多问一声、多帮一把。

为了把“三先”“三多”落到实处，我在教学的同时还成了孩子生活的贴心人、成长的守护着。如我班占祥文，夏丽丽，不管是在教室还是在走廊，时不时地关注他们，问寒问暖，使留守生感受到家的温暖。

二、持之以恒地稳步工作

俗话说“十年树木，百年树人”。在育人问题上最怕三分钟热度，想起来就做一阵子。为了能使留守儿童健康快乐地成长，我认真落实“三个一”活动，具体内容是：

每日一问。每天要给每一个留守儿童一个关怀的问候，帮助他们解决切身困难和实际问题，让他们感到爱就在身边；

每周一谈。每周与留守儿童谈话一次以上，倾听他们的心声，了解他们学习、生活上存在的问题，及时进行心理疏导，帮助解决实际问题；

每月一通。每月帮助留守儿童与父母通一次亲情电话，及时向留守儿童父母反映他们的生活、学习情况，并计入成长记录袋；

同时我与留守生家长建立双向互动机制，利用留守生的监护人把留守生在家的具体信息可能反馈到他们的父母，然后由父母反馈到我这里来，及时了解他们情况，如我班陈珍丽父母就打电话告知我，陈珍丽周六晚上没有回家，周日急匆匆回家取钱，并且说还上了课，这个信息很及时，使我及时了解学生动态。

三、努力营造良好的周边环境，促进孩子健康成长

我校地处偏僻农村，周边环境十分复杂，对孩子的成长有负面影响。为了营造有利于留守生健康成长的育人环境。我经常进游戏室、网吧了解情况，另外，针对孩子道德行为偏差和心理障碍，我定期开展思想教育、情感教育、独立生活教育和体谅父母教育等，并定期进行心理疏导，建立沟通心灵的绿色通道。帮助孩子消除不良情感，体验到成长的快乐与幸福，树立健康、乐观的人生观、价值观。当然，留守儿童问题任重道远，问题的解决需要很多方面合力而为。今后我
