英文简历格式

一、简历文本格式

1.字体：建议用Times New Roman或Palatino。在哈佛商学院的字体是“Palatino preferred Times New Roman acceptable。”也可以用Arial，一般用10（小五）～12号（小四）。0.8英寸左右。

2.页间距：页边距控制2-3厘米;左右一样，大约1.2-2.5厘米;最左边的bullet point 到左页边的距离保持在

3.8-5厘米。

3.标点：使用英文标点符号，也就是半角。英文每个标点符号之后要打一个空格。括号弧线外要留空格，弧线内不要。英文没有书名号和顿号，书名用斜体代替，顿号用逗号代替。

4.通过加粗等不同方式使得层次分明，要多用小标题和Bullet Points 来明确逻辑结构。小标题上用大写字母。

5.地名右对齐，全部大写并加粗。

6.时间要倒序，由近及远，最近的学历要放在最前面。

7.多用无主句。

8.在时态的表达上，一般都会用过去时，一般现在时也可以用，但是无论你用过去时或者是现在时，一篇简历一定要统一用一个时态。

9. 内容尽量控制在一张A4，最多不超过两张。

二、简历基本构成

1.个人情况:Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Permanent Domicile, Nationality, Marital Status, Children, Religion, Party Affiliation, Health, Height, Weight, Present Address, Permanent Address.

2.求职意向(Objective): Position Wanted: A position as English Instructor,

4.工作经历(Job Experience): 一般逆序写。

5.文化程度(Education): 一般逆序写, 可以包括主要课程。
