However, in recent years, television and Internet have been developing so rapidly that they heavily impaired the influence of newspaper. These new medium provide a more convenient way to spread information. Curiously, a recent survey showed that 740 in 1000 people would rather surf the net than read a paper, saying that Internet provides them with a broader and freer platform to get news or make a comment about it, which is helpful for supervising government.

But in spite of the importance of new technologies in communication, paper still plays an indispensible role. Many people, especially the odd, can’t have themselves leaving papers. Consequently, when will the papers die out or whether they will die out? No one knows it.
