The DCV 700 series is a complete range of DC converters intended for

the supply and control of separately excited DC machines in stand-alone

or multi-drive systems. DCV 700 offer a complete enclosed version

including application-, drive- and torque control.

There are four different module sizes. They are rated for

C1: 25...140A / 500V and 50A, 110A / 600V

C2: 250...700 A / 400-500V and 270, 450 A / 600V

C3: 900...2000 A / 400-500V and 900...1500 A / 600-690V

C4: 2500...5150 A / 400-500V, 2050...4750 A / 600-790V and

1) Dimensions for module with busbars on the left side are 2330x810x624.

2) Depth with 1000 V type is 654 mm

Dimensions are for system drives, the width for a single drive is 56 mm more.

1) Width = 856 mm for single drives

2) Depth = 926 mm with AC supply voltage 790 V a.c. to 1000 V a.c.

3) Height = Outlet channel requires additional a. 400 mm

4) Without air circuit breaker the width is 600 mm smaller

Busbar system weight: 1000 A 30 kg/m, 2000 A 45 kg/m, 3000 A 75 kg/m, 4000 A 100 kg/m.
