ADFLOW_WP_Corporate Communications_To Launch

It is no secret that effective and responsive Corporate Communication is a key factor in defining a vision and establishing a corporate message. Messaging that is on-target, accurate and consistent contributes to a company’s positive reputation and helps define its position in the market place. ADFLOW Network’s patented Digital Signage System?

facilitates the distribution of information that supports the values and mission of corporations such as government agencies, colleges and universities and member organizations in a way that is both easy to use and easy to understand.

The goal of the Alberta Motor Association’s digital signage project was to promote centre and region specific events as well as services offered by each department. At the same time the content was designed to engage the members with informative and imaginative messaging and improving the in-centre (retail) experience by decreasing perceived queue times. The placement of 42" and 52" integrated high definition LCD displays within the retail merchandising area, combined with the patented ADFLOW Networks Digital Media Management system, achieved this goal. The Retail Digital Signage program extends throughout the travel, registry and insurance areas as well as the main reception area delivering department-specific content to the entire centre.

Kendall Barber, the Marketing Account Manager for AMA and lead on the project had the following comments on the initial installation:

“This note is to express my utmost

satisfaction to-date with the ADFLOW team. Admittedly, I was extremely

nervous about the tight timelines of

the pilot. Now, I am thrilled to have

all nine pilot displays mounted and

displaying content. The displays have

received tremendous feedback from all

levels of the organization, from Vice

Presidents to Regional Managers to

frontline employees.

Most outstanding has been the com-

munication by ADFLOW. The entire

team has been responsive, and action-

oriented with excellent follow through.

It has been such a pleasure to work

with your team.

AMA currently has plans to implement

the ADFLOW Digital Signage at all

their centres throughout the province of Alberta.

powerful web-based platform. ADFLOW Networks solution is secure, cost effective, highly scalable and fast and easy to deploy. Brand leaders like Virgin Mobile, TELUS, OfficeMax, Rogers Communica-tions and many others have selected ADFLOW’s Dynamic Messaging System? to manage their digital media supply chains, drive sales and productivity, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience where it matters most: at the point-of-purchase.

The City of Kingston and the Ministry of Transport Ontario operate in several build-ings and sites geographically far removed from each other. Both Corporations

required a system to deliver department specific information to individual locations while still maintaining central control.

ADFLOW Networks DMS? is designed to streamline the delivery process and provide ease of use to a multitude of users. When deployed it is able to ensure that residents and stakeholders are provided with information in a convenient, consis-tent, reliable and cost-effective manner. Each Department is afforded access to the screens required to manage the content relevant to the services offered at their location and allows the administrator complete access to the system insuring compliance and full oversight.

The information required includes but is not limited to:

?Daily messaging from internal units

at specific locations.

?Public messages disseminated via

the corporate communications

department like municipal events,

special events and notices.

?Safety and weather alerts.

?Emergency messaging.

With a variety of functionalities required,

it was important that the content be easily rendered and changed within the applica-

tion. With the use of zoned screens and templates, staffs at all facilities were able

to control their environment and still

broadcast the core content mandated by

the Corporation.

Likewise the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, recognized as a

pioneer in the creation of the MBA Co-op model, and renowned for its practical appli-

cation and innovative practices, recognized

the need to have an effective means by

which to communicate to their growing

student population.

In keeping with their philosophy of inno-

vation, the DeGroote School of Business

saw an opportunity to enhance their

method of engaging and informing their

students and turned to the digital signage
