谢谢各位来宾，谢谢小撒，小撒最近很红，这个节目邀请我的时候，我在想用什么方式跟各位，这些年轻学子，我们聊聊天，把我这么多年的经验跟大家做一些分析。

首先我要跟各位讲的是，任何一个演讲者都不应该，也不能够，也没有这个能力告诉大家说，人是怎么样生涯规划。如果说，各位同学你们照我的方法去过这个人生的话，一定必死无疑。因为每个人的方法都不太一样。我活到今天，五十几岁了，看起来像不像？我觉得，人一辈子，大概影响人一辈子的，尤其在创意方面，大概有三样东西：一个就是你从小长大的环境，一个就是你的天分是什么，另外一个就是你所学的是什么东西。我是个创意型个性的人，在接下来这些跟大家互换心得的过程当中，如果各位也是创意型的人，我觉得你可以把我的一些东西，把我对人生的一些看法当做一个参考。

首先，我觉得说一个人的成长环境对你的影响太大了。有句话我还蛮喜欢的，对创意人来讲，叫“千金难买少年贫”。因为我们小时候，大家知道我是眷村长大的，眷村就是1949年的时候，我们大约有200多万人迁移到台湾，然后我们就在眷村长大。眷村跟军队大院不太一样，军队大院在解放革命之后，应该都属于比较高官的。眷村是什么？眷村有分军官眷村跟士官兵眷村。我们基本上属于士官兵眷村，一开始盖的时候，基本上跟难民营一样。所以小时候环境很差，什么玩具都要自己想办法。我是1957年生的，我刚好出生的年代，大概十年后，台湾的电视刚刚起来，那时候我们在村子里面，谁的家里面立个竹竿，那时候无线接收，立起个竹竿，就是家里有电视的，那就不得了了。全部村子里的人都要去他们家看电视，那时候电视开了之后，还要等30分钟才出影像，所以我对这个东西就特别好奇。好奇是作为一个创意人非常非常重要的一个天分，我记得那时候不管是看电视，还是看电影，看一部电影叫《辛巴达历险记》，反正就是那种跟妖魔打仗的，那个电影演完之后，我们眷村小孩只要回到眷村，家里所有妈妈的炒菜锅都不见了。我们就这样拿炒锅打来打去，都是歪七扭八的，所以眷村小孩经常挨揍。这些东西，都是因为没有那样的环境，因为穷，我们所有的东西，我们的玩具都要自己设计。然后所有东西要自己玩，因为这样子，会激发你很多创意。你们这群小孩，基本上生活环境都非常好，什么东西都有了。你们就会缺乏去创作的欲望。所以有时候，我觉得英雄要制造自己失败的可能，有时候你要自己制造缺乏的可能。你不要老是在自己熟悉的环境里找自尊，这是我给你们的建议。千金难买少年贫，不管你是从

乡村来的，从窑洞来的，从西南来的，或是从大都会来的，或怎样，都不要在乎，都是你丰富的财富。大穷即贵，你穷就是贵，所以不管你是从哪里来的，

不管你现在读的什么科系，不管你现在在的环境是好是坏，你都要感谢经历。

我们那时候读书的时候，在我们那个年代，只要你去读理工，去读自然组，就说这小孩特别有出息。读文史的人比较没出息。男孩读什么文史呢？我妈也

没读过什么书，就觉得说只要读理工就好，就非逼我读自然组。我们那时候高

中有分班的，我就读自然组。可那时候我就想转组，不敢讲。我就只好跟我爸

爸讲，我说“爸，我读不下去了”。我爸爸教了我一件事情，这件事情呢，我

后来到江湖上，到电视圈做事情的时候帮了我很多。我爸跟我讲，说：“对你妈，你要叫得亲一点，离得远一点，你妈太凶了。所以我们想办法不要告诉你

妈妈”。我就从自然组转到社会组，那时候已经高三了，一转社会组人就开了。我那时候已经喜欢电视，喜欢电影，喜欢影视。所以在学校高考的时候，我们

填志愿的时候，老师会问，“你要考什么”。我就举手说：“我要考戏剧系”，老师说：“你以后想做什么？”我说我以后想做导演。我们全班人都在笑我，

谁笑都没关系，有一个我最讨厌的人他也在笑我。这个伤到我了，我一火之下，我记得很清楚，我桌子上有一瓶墨水，我拿起来就摔他，我脾气不好。我说不

考了！就不考了，太可惜了！我如果那时候去读导演，今天我不是冯小刚，我

也是个李安，很可惜。我的意思是跟各位讲，你一定要了解你自己，而且不要

去跟别人讲，不要跟别人去比，不要跟别人去学。你现在可能是支流，你可能

是另类，有一天你可能会变成主流。你千万不能够把你自己的天分给压倒，千

万不能这个样子，我认为这个很重要。

后来我就读了新闻系，我就学了广播电视，就因为打工的关系，我认识了

台湾的一个演员，叫做郎祖林，他爸爸在电视台里边做剧务头，我就因为这个

关系进了电视台。以前台湾电视，基本上还是贵族的，不带很多人进去。然后

演员跟主持人讲话也是高高在上的，讲话也是下巴额高高的，我进去之后，我

比较了解庶民，我开始把很多主持人慢慢带进来，把幕后的人慢慢带进来，开

始有庶民文化，人开始讲话比较像人话，讲话比较有趣，也比较跟老百姓接近。然后主持人也慢慢学习一件事情：赢得尊敬并不重要，赢得喜欢已经不容易了。所以我就慢慢改变，所以我做庶民精神的时候，做电视节目的时候，带了

很多从小剧场，从康乐队下来的人。这批人包括很多，包括胡瓜、后来的吴宗宪。我举个例子来讲，我是怎么样发现到胡瓜，胡瓜并没有别的，他只会跳一

支舞，他就走两步然后绕一圈，他只会这个。但是胡瓜的脸长得太可爱了，完

全没有杀伤力。他讲任何话就跟老百姓一样，而且满嘴跑火车，讲的都是假的，很厉害。后来我就把他找来，我希望做个节目，然后我需要用小牌去访问大牌，因为我们手上资源太少，资源少的时候创意就出来了，因为你必须要想办法。

我说我想要个东西，后面布景有很多树，都是树，然后大牌来接受访问，他一

讲假话，我后面的树全都垮掉，这个好不好看，“这个好，这个好”。我就去

跟电视台的美工去商量。讲半天，电视台的美工也听进去了，结果两个礼拜之后，进了摄影棚之后，把胡瓜也?饬好了，进来一看，后面没有树林，就这么一棵小树，就放在桌子上。你所要求的事情全都不像，你干不干？你非得干啊。
