北京大学国际关系学院学生素质综合测评办法实施细则 第一章总则 第一条为深入贯彻党和国家的教育方针与政策，落实立德树人根本任务，培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》《北京大学章程》和《北京大学学生素质综合测评办法》，结合实际情况，制定本细则。 第二条学生素质综合测评是北京大学学生思想政治教育的重要环节，旨在通过树立目标、明确导向，推动学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务，总结阶段性成长历程，促进学生全面发展和健康成长成才。 第三条本办法适用于北京大学全日制本科生、第二学士学位学生（不同于双学位）、硕士研究生、博士研究生；延期毕业的学生、休学或者出国一个学期及以上的学生除外。 入学第一年的学生不进行素质综合测评，中间不授学位的硕博连读生在转为博士生第一年时可以以硕士生身份进行素质综合测评。 转院（系）转专业学生在上一学年所在院系参加素质综合测评。 第四条学生素质综合测评应遵循公开、公平、公正的原则。 第二章测评内容 第五条学生素质综合测评内容包括三个部分：学习成绩（占70%）、基本素质（占15%+10%+5%）和创新实践能力（在学生自行申报基础上的额外加分），学生素质综合测评的最终结果是此三部分测评成绩之和。 第六条素质综合测评最终结果为优秀、合格或不合格。其中，测评结果为优秀的比例不超过测评基本组织单位人数的20%。 基本素质测评不合格或学习成绩测评不合格者，其素质综合测评不合格。创新能力测评中故意提供与事实不相符合的材料，经查证核实，其本年度的素质综合测评成绩为不合格。 第七条学生基本素质测评占总测评成绩的30%。学生基本素质测评结果由民主评议、综合测评工作小组综合评价、宿舍集 体生活能力考察三部分组成，分别占总成绩的15%、10%和5%

福建师范大学经济学院 关于开展 - 学生综合素质测评工作的通知 各年级: 为全面推进我院学生素质拓展工作,对 - 我院学生德、智、体、美等方面进行全面测评,量化衡量学生在过去一年在思想道德建设、专业学习、课外实践创新、校园文化活动等方面的综合表现,现决定开展 - 学生综合素质测评工作,具体事宜通知如下。 一、综合考评的目的 为了全面推进素质教育,促进我院全体学生德智体美等方面的全面发展,全面客观反映本院学生在校期间各方面实际表现与素质水平,促进本院学生的创新能力和实践能力的提高,把自己培养成为”有理想、有知识、有能力、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。 二、综合考评遵循的原则 1、导向性原则:有利于引导本院学生坚持正确的政治方向,德智体美等全面发展;突出对经济学院的全体学生素质教育和学生专业知识水平、专业创新能力、实践能力的培养。 2、科学性原则:科学、系统、规范地反映学生的真实情况,尽可能避免主观因素的影响。 3、可比性原则:适用于本院的不同专业、年级学生进行量化考评,便于学生之间进行比较。 3

4、公开性原则:坚持自我测评、群众评测和各级组织测评相结合的原则,评测人员、过程、结果公开。 三、综合考评的内容与方法 1、综合考评内容包括思想政治表现分、学业表现分与文体表现 分三大类。 2、综合考评采用现成考试成绩直接填写计算和班级评议小组、年级评议小组两方面测评计算方法。 3、综合考评中的奖惩分根据学生的实际表现情况及相关证明并按规定标准进行评定,任何人不得随意给学生加减分。 4、三大类考评指标、权重及其做法见<福建师范大学经济学院学生素质综合考评实施细则>。 四、综合素质测评工作实施办法 1、学生素质综合考评工作应在院党政领导下,本着公平、公正、公开的原则,由年级辅导员、各班级班长、团支书具体组织实施。 2、成立年级、班级素质综合考评工作小组。 (1)班级综合素质测评工作小组构成与职责: 组长:各班班长 副组长:各班团支书、副班长 组员:全体班委、三名非班委学生代表,学生代表原则上由班级内部经过民主投票方式选出。 工作职责: 4
