组合载荷作用下平盖双开孔接管结构

强度性能分析

摘要:通过有限元分析方法,对组合载荷作用下的平盖双开孔结构进行了分析,对4种工况下的平

盖双开孔结构进行了强度评定。模拟计算结果表明,4种工况下的应力值均满足要求且具有较大

的安全裕量。对不同组合载荷下的平盖双开孔接管结构应力分布进行了详细分析,模拟计算结果

表明,当轴向推力h<15k N时,轴向推力的增加可以提高结构的承载能力,当轴向推力R>

15kN时,轴向推力的增加反而降低结构的承载能力;而轴向拉力R始终会使整体结构应力增大,

显著降低平盖双开孔结构的承载能力。

Intersection under Combined Loadings

Abstract:The flat head double flat-nozzle intersection under combined loadings was analyzed

with finite element analysis method and the strength of the double open hole structure under four

working conditions was evaluated.The evaluation results show that stress values meet the re-

quirements and have a great safety margin under:^o u r working conditions.Moreover,the stre distribution of flat head double flat-nozzle intersection under different combination loads was ana-

lyzed in detail.The results show that the increase ofaxial thrust force^c a n improve the bearing

capacity of the structure when the axial thrust force F1s less than 15 kN.However,the increase

of axial thrust force F1decreases the bearing capacity of the structure when the axia F1s more than15 kN.The axial tension force F2always increases the overall structural stress

and significantly decreases the bearing capacity of the flat head double flat-nozzle intersection.
