文明诚信考试倡议书

亲爱的同学们:

诚实守信是中华民族的优良传统,是一个社会文明进步的标志,也是公民的基本道德要求。一直以来,我校全体师生秉承“惟真惟实”的校训,坚持“实事求是、艰苦奋斗”的校风,努力营造关爱学生、尊重学者、崇尚学术的浓厚氛围,积极创造良好条件,为师生施展才华搭建舞台。在本学期期末考试即将来临之际,为引导(ben文由wuyanrenjia收集整理)同学们树立正确世界观、人生观、价值观,培养自立自律、刻苦学习的作风,校学生会向全体在校学生发出如下文明诚信考试倡议。

一、知荣辱、扬美德,树立高远目标

国家树诚信,社会讲诚信,个人也需要践行诚信。作为社会栋梁的我们,有责任有义务继承和发扬优良的传统美德,树立高远的目标,不断促进国家和社会的发展与进步。当代大学生必须具备诚实守信的品德,不断提升自身修养,努力掌握广博的知识,为日后在激烈的社会竞争中立于不败之地积累能量。我们应该以诚信考试为荣,以徇私舞弊为耻,放宽视野,不局限于考试分数。

二、端正考试态度,正确认识考试意义

考试是检查教师教学水平、考查学生学习成果、督促学生学习总结的重要途径,是学校教育教学管理和维护教学秩序的需要。考试有利于同学们对学习情况系统详细地分析总结,有助于督促大家积极学习。但考试也只是衡量一个同学综合能力的一个因素而已,考试成绩无法代表一个同学的全面能力。希望同学们将考试作为查漏补缺、寻找进步的重要机会,认真对待每一门考试,并以平和理性的心态对待考试成绩。

三、认真复习,积极备考

我们应科学合理地安排复习时间,认真总结每门功课的重点、难点,以及本学期学习中所遇到的问题,有针对性地制定出复习计划,把老师授课的内容和自己的复习计划结合起来,保证复习效果,争取取得优异成绩。遇到问题积极向老师、同学咨询解决。复习阶段更应发扬团结互助的精神,在交流中认识自己的不足,在帮助他人的同时,加深对自己所学知识的巩固,取得双丰收。

企业文化对企业发展的作用 一、企业文化的概念 企业文化是指企业在长期经营发展过程中逐步形成的,能够长期推动企业发展壮大的群体意识和行为规范,以及与之有适应的规章制度和组织机构的总和。 企业文化是从事创新的企业家为实现价值增殖所做的资源重组的努力,以及在这一努力所规章的企业目的之下参与企业活动的人群及其文化传统的相互作用与融合过程。 企业文化是以价值观为核心对员工进行企业意识教育的微观文化体系。 企业文化是企业成员的思想观念、思维方式、行为方式以及企业规范、企业生存氛围的总和,既是一种客观存在,又是客观条件的反映。 企业文化是用以规范企业人多数情况下行为的一个有力的不成文规则体系。 企业文化是指一个企业在长期的生存发展中形成的,为企业多数成员共同遵循的基本信念,价值标准和行为规范。 企业文化是处于一定社会经济文化背景下的组织在长期发展的过程中,逐步生成和发展起来的日趋稳定的特殊的价值观,以及以此为核心而形成的行为规范、道德准则、群体意识、风俗习惯等。 企业文化属于形态观念的范畴,是一种以管理为目的的文化,又是一种以文化为内容的管理理论,既具有文化的特殊性,又具有管理的特性。 二、企业文化的内涵和主要特征 企业文化的基本内涵包括四个层次、五个要素。 1、企业文化的层次

第一个层次是表层物质文化。是企业文化在物质层次上的体现,群众价值观的物质载体,比如厂容厂貌、厂旗、厂服、厂标、纪念品、纪念建筑等之构成了文化的具体表象物件,是看得见,摸得着的东西。是无声的语言。 第二个层次是浅层的行为文化。是企业员工在生产经营、学习娱乐、人际交往中产生的活动文化。它包括经营活动、教育宣传活动、协调人际关系的活动和各种文娱体育活动。这些活动也反映了企业的经营作风、精神风貌、人际关系模式等文化特征,也是企业精神、企业目标的动态反映。 第三个层次是制度文化。又称介层文化,是介于深层理念和具体实物之间的东西,是抓企业的目标、各项规章制度、行为规范、传统习惯、领导风格、职工修养、人际关系等。这些内容绝大部分是成文或不成文的规定,从制度上规范人和物的行为方式。 每一个企业都有自己的制度文化,没有规矩不成方圆,人定制度,制度管人,在制度面前人人平等。这样企业才能进入良性运行机制,而那些不成文的行为规范、传统习惯、领导风格等,在某种程度上比成文规定所起的作用还大。企业目标虽然不是一种制度,但她起着一种约束、激励作用。而领导风格,自始至终制约着整个企业的发展模式。职工修养直接与行为规范相联系,好的修养自控能力强,文化素质高、工作效率高。 第四个层次是精神文化。又称深层文化或观众文化。这是企业文化的核心层,是企业在发展过程中所形成的独特意识形态和文化观念。主要包括企业精神、企业家精神、价值观念、企业道德、企业哲学等,所谓企业精神就是群体意识,企业经营是群体作战,没有一个统一的认识就不可能取得胜利,而这个群体意识形成有赖于企业家精神,企业家的引导是群体意识形成的关键。 2、企业文化的要素
