Hello everyone. We are so pleased to stand here making oral presentation. My name is .Our major is construction management. The research direction of our group is new-type concrete, so we’ll talk something about these new construction materials in our life .The main contents of my speech are the physical properties and the advantages of high-strength lightweight concrete.

Concrete structure is one of the most widely used building styles in the modern world. The use of the concrete materials has become very popular since the invention of the Portland cement in 19th century. However, a large number of the existing concrete structures are becoming older and older.It can’t meet current requirement of construction any longer.

So I think,we should know what high-strength lightweight concrete is. It is characterized by light weight, low cost, high seismic resistance, high crack resistance, high durability and high fire resistance,which can also be regarded as its advantages.Utilizing lightweight concrete in construction projects to meet the strength and other performance’s requirements can dramatically reduce the weight of structures in the mean time, this feature allows the concrete has a very important use value.

With the policy of the environment-protecting and sustainable development deepening and demand for building energy efficiency rising, the use of a variety of industrial waste to produce artificial lightweight

aggregate is urged by more and more people.High-strength lightweight concrete’s theory and applications has important research value and practical significance.

Hello everyone,I will mainly talk about green high performance concrete here.

The history of green high performance concrete is not long, but it has obvious advantages and is paid attention at home and abroad.Concrete has been used widely as structural material,appearance of green high performance concrete will become the main building structure materials in the 21st century. Concrete strength in Chicago′s South-walker Building in America with 295m height and 71 layers was C95.

The use of green high-performance concrete was started late in China, especially coming through serious defects of the overpass in the Beijing and Tianjin region. Therefore great concerns was arouse in the engineering area.Research and application of green high performance concrete are increasing little by little.C80 high performance concrete are used in high-rise buildings and Jingan Center Building in Shanghai.

The research of the green high-performance technology in China is still in primary stage and the current research is not enough to conclude

the laws that guide production directly. So the research and development of green high-performance concrete should be increased greatly,consequently drawing up the quality standards and production specifications.

As all the contents above stated,we should attach great importance to green issues of new-type concrete because these are related to our human survival and development. Through constant exploration and research, it is firmly believed that the green high-performance concrete is the only way for the sustainable development of the concrete materials.
