Think "rock, paper, scissors" is a children's game? Think again.

Top players from around the world came together in Toronto to compete for a 10,000 - Canadian-dollar prize and the title of World Champion. More than 500 players, including national champions from Australia, Norway and New Zealand, attended. The simple game is often used to make decision and solve simple problems. We have known for a long time that flowers of different plants open and close at different time of day. Yet no one really understands why flowers open and close like this at special time. The question is not as simple as we might think, as recent experiments have shown. In one experiment, flowers were kept in constant darkness.
