Abstract 摘要：
Hi3516C V100R001C01SPC040版本为Hi3516C IPCamera的uClibc正式版本，主要解决了上一版本的部分问题，如OV9712强日光下过曝、图像模糊场景码率过冲等问题，同时增加了部分功能，如新增对IMX122 sensor的支持等。
该版本描述文件同样适用于Hi3518A和Hi3518C。
