Section 1.0: Purpose

This method statement is to describe the procedure and techniques of construction of traffic diversion roads in a safe manner that will satisfy all the requirements.

Section 2.0: Scope of Work

This method statement describes the activities related to traffic diversion roads, including site clearance(REF:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00002), embankment(REF:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00011、EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00006), sub-grade(REF:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00011、EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00006), road base(REF:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00025), asphalt work, installation of pole light(REF:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00085), traffic signal(REF:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00096), installation of sign board, safety barriers and road marking etc. These activities are covered in separated method statement.

Section 3.0: Responsibilities

The work will be carried out by CHEC, headed by the Construction Manager.

?Construction Manager– Partially responsible for the construction and arrangement of civil works, in charge of site engineer.

?HSE Engineer & HSE Officer–Responsible for HSE on site during construction, coordinate with Site Engineer, infrastructure superintendent.

?QC Engineer– Responsible for quality of structure on site during construction, coordinate with Site Engineer, request for Inspection and Testing processes and coordination with the Engineer’s Inspectors representative.

?Surveyor– Responsible for survey work and settlement monitoring work on site, coordinate with Site Engineer, the survey request process and coordination with the Engineer’s surveyor representative.

?Site Engineer –Site engineer responsible for construction of work, coordinate with HSE Engineer, QA/QC engineer, surveyor, will in charge of foremen, operators, drivers, labours, reports directly to construction manager, request for Inspection and Testing processes and coordination with the Engineer’s Inspectors representative, as well as supervisor.

?Foreman-Directly supervises the work activity on the site and has full control over the use of the labour, plant and equipment. He ensures that the work is carried out in full compliance with the specification, and in a manner that conforms to the safety requirements. He reports to the Site Engineer when the work is complete and ready for inspection.

?All personnel (operators) should be qualified and the relevant certificate should be available. Section 4.0: Permits and Licences

Where required as per project contract specification, permits & licences shall be obtained from relevant authorities prior to start with the related works or activities.

6.2 Control, Storage & Protection of Specific Materials

?Materials shall be stored and handled as to assure the preservation of their quality and fitness for use in the works. Even after source approval has been given materials may again be inspected and tested before used in the work.

?Each shipment of materials is loaded, should be blocked and securely fasten to avoid damages during transportation.

?The important materials should be kept clean away from oil, grease, excessive heat and out of the direct rays of the sun.

?CHEC shall take all necessary protection measures in the storage, handling and stockpiling of materials to prevent contamination of material by test.

Section 7.0: Detailed Method of Carrying Out this Method Statement

7.1 Preparation prior to work

?All equipments are tested and suitable for the current work.

?All the equipment, material, and personnel staff have been prepared in situ.

?All the equipments are functioning all time.

?Electrical power will be mainly supplied by generators. The generators will be available and placed close to the working area.

7.2 Permit shall be obtained before commence of work

?All materials and mix designs shall be approved by Engineer prior to use in construction.

?All necessary Work permits shall be obtained prior to the commencement of any activity on the site. Personnel responsible for supervising the Works on site (Engineers/Forman) shall be aware of the permit to work system and permit shall be valid throughout the entire duration of the operation.

?All equipment to be utilized on site shall have a valid Third Party Certificate.

?Competent personnel shall be responsible for lifting activities.

7.3 Checking of underground utilities

?Prior to commence of works, underground utilities shall be checking according to as-built, underground detecting reports etc.

?If there is any underground utility in designed area, proper method shall be implemented to protect the utility.

?Work permit shall be given by specific authority prior to work if any underground utility could have been found on work site.

7.4 Site Demolition and Clearance

?Refer to the latest method statement of site demolition and clearance (document no.: EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00002).

7.5 Soil Filling and Compaction for Road Works

? Refer to the latest method statement of soil filling and compaction for road works (document no.:EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00011).

7.6 Aggregate road base

? Refer to the latest method statement of aggregate road base and sub-base (document no.: EXW-P011-0000-CM-CHE-MT-00025).

7.7 Asphalt work

7.7.1 Supply and Spray of Prime Coat:

Prior to lay of the asphalt mix, prime coat of MC-70 medium curing cutback asphalt will be applied to an absorbent road base surface which will prepare a treated base as per QCS2010,Clause 5.12 in section 6. The Prime coat penetrates into the base and plugs the voids and hardens the top and helps hind it to lay it to the over laying asphalt course.

Application of prime coat will be as follows:

?Prime coat will be sprayed over the prepared road base.

?The application rate will be between 0.75 and 1.00 lit/Sqm. and the application temperature will be between 60o C degree and 85o C degree.

?The prime coat will be cutback bitumen consisting of a 60/70 penetration grade bitumen and kerosene. The residue from the distillation test, carried out to 360o C, shall be a minimum of

55 % (by volume), as determined by the difference method.

?If the surface is covered in wind-blown dust or fine aggregate then a power broom will be provided to remove the materials and clean the area before application of prime coat.

?The prime coat will be sprayed by well-equipped mechanical pump and mechanical distributor fixed with a tanker (truck). Blotter material will be spread from trucks operated backward so that the wheels will not travel in uncovered wet asphaltic material. When applying blotter material to an asphalt treated lane that adjoins a lane that has not been treated, a strip at least 200 mm wide along the adjoining edge will be left.

?The prime coat will be applied to 1/2 of the road width at a time and get a slight overlap of asphalt material along adjoining edges of the lanes. Thick paper will be used to protect the previous application joints and other appurtenances.

?Traffic will not be permitted on the primed surface soon than 48 hours after spray of prime coat.

?Asphalt mix will be not permitted sooner than 2 hours after application of prime coat material. If there is any excessive blotter material, dirt or other objectionable materials, the surface irregularities will be corrected before the application of the asphalt mix.

7.7.2 Supply and Laying of Base Course:

?The Asphalt BC Type -1 will be used as Base-course which will be mix according to QCS in

a fully computerized Asphalt Mix plant. Asphalt Mix plant shall be approved by SC.

?The Delivery will be taken in a dumper truck and all the precautions shall be taken to protect the mix from the weather during transit.

?Top of Asphalt will be covered during delivery.

?The material delivered to site at delivery to the paver shall be not more than 163o C and less than 140o C.

?The absolute minimum temperature will not be less than 140o C.

?Then the Asphalt will be laid with auto level Asphalt Paver in designed grade and level.

?The laid material will be compacted as soon as rolling can be effected without causing undue displacement, while the temperature does not fall below 135o C.

?The asphalt course will be constructed to design levels and shall be homogeneous and even surface free from undulations, rises or depressions within the tolerances.

7.7.3 Supply and Spray of Tack Coat:

?Before laying of wearing course the surface of base course mix will be swept clean of loose material and tack coat will be applied as per QCS 2010 specification as mentioned in section

6 part 5.13.

?Tack Coat (slow setting emulsified asphalt, grade SS-1h or CSS-1h) will be applied to a previously prepared base course, to provide bond for the wearing course to the full-designated width.

?The full width of the surface to be treated will be cleaned with a power broom to remove dust, dirt or other objectionable materials.

?Immediately after cleaning the surface, the Tack Coat will be sprayed by well-equipped mechanical pump and mechanical distributor fixed with a tanker (truck).

?Application rate of Tack Coat will be applied between 0.3 to 0.5lit/Sqm and the application temperature will be between 10o C and 60o C as specified and the excessive application of tack coat will be avoided. Besides, the material will not be applied when the ambient temperature is less than 13 °C or during rain, fog, dust storms or other unsuitable weather.

?After application, the surface will be allowed to dry until it is in a proper condition of tackiness to receive the asphalt for wearing course. Until the wearing course is placed, the tack coat will be protected from damage. If the tack coat is unavoidably damaged by rain or

dust, it will be dry and cleaned again by a power broom, and get inspected by the Engineer again to instruct any further actions.

7.7.4 Supply and Laying of Asphalt Wearing Course

?The Asphalt SC Type -1 will be used as wearing course which will be mix according to Part5, Section 6 QCS2010 in a fully computerized Asphalt Mix plant.

?The plant is designed, coordinated and operated so as to continuously produce asphalt according to required design mix and requirement of site.

?The Delivery will be taken in a dumper truck and all the precautions shall be taken to protect the mix from the weather during transit.

?Top of Asphalt will be covered during delivery.

?The material will be delivered to site at delivery to the paver shall be not more than 163o C and less than 140o C.

?The absolute minimum temperature will not be less than 140o C.

?The Asphalt Mix material SC-Type 1 will be laid by asphalt finisher as per design grade and level.

?The laid material will be compacted as soon as rolling can be effected without causing undue displacement, while the temperature does not fall below 135o C.

?The asphalt course will be constructed to design levels and shall be homogeneous and even surface free from undulations, rises or depressions within the tolerances.

?The material shall not be applied when the ambient temperature is less than 13o C or during rain, frog dust storm or other unsuitable weather.

7.7.5 Spreading and Rolling:

?The bitumen mix will be feed to pavers by end tipping of truck the equipment of spreading and finishing of mixture the sand bitumen will be of an approved mechanical, self-powered electronic controlled floating screed type capable of spreading and finishing to mixture true to line and grade as required.

?Break down rolling will immediately follow the rolling of the longitudinal joints and edges rollers will be operated as close to the paver as possible to obtain adequate density without causing un-due displacement.

?After Break down rolling the intermediate rolling will be started while the paving mix is still hot. Pneumatic rollers will be used continuously until all of the mix places have been thoroughly compacted.

?Final rolling will be performed by tandem rollers while the material is still warm to remove the roller marks by obtaining permission from Engineer. After compaction of final rolling the smoothness density and thickness will be checked and any irregularity in density and thickness will be corrected as directed by Engineer.

7.8 Road marking and sign boards:

?Road marking shall be done after finishing the asphalt work to divide the roads into several lanes for traffic use.

?The materials used for road markings shall be approved by Engineer.

?Before painting the markings, surveyors will set out the direction of the marking lines and areas.

?Road marking materials will be heated and melted on site and then print manually by brushes.

?Necessary traffic sign boards will be placed along the roads according to the traffic diversion plan and the safety requirements.

7.9 Installation of street light poles, light fixtures and traffic signals and underground cables:

?Arrangement of equipment / tools and other resources like manpower / materials as required by the activity including all safety measures and QC requirements.

?Marking of all the bulk equipment like local control lighting panels, lighting poles and other related accessories to be installed.

?Isolate all the bulk equipment like local control lighting panels, lighting poles and other related accessories from their controlling breakers outside the boundary limits of the dismantling area, disconnect the cables feeding this affected area with ends taped / sealed and put the “Do Not Operate” warning tags on such isolators / controlling breakers. All sorts of co-ordination / permission to be sought from the concerned authorities before isolation of the system.

?The poles concrete foundations shall be brought to the designated points as marked by the surveyor. After the excavation the foundations shall be buried in ground and fixed.

?Excavate the entire cable route by hand/JCB and roll up all the cables by putting labels on each piece of the cable with size and length.

?All the street light poles shall be brought and laid down at the appropriate installation places with the help of mobile crane on wooden planks to avoid any type of scratches.

?The lighting fixtures shall be fixed to the arm of the lighting poles on ground. The cables shall be passed through the poles and terminations to the lighting fixtures shall be completed.

?A mobile crane having appropriate lifting slings shall be used when handling a steel pole such as Pole Strop slings or synthetic slings so as not to damage the outer surface and reduce the protective coating. The mobile crane function is to steadily lift the pole. The poles shall be lifted vertically. The lifted pole shall be brought to the foundation bolts and tightened.

?The cables shall be passed through the pvc pipes inside the foundations and pulled up to poles junction boxes. The cut-outs shall be fixed in the junction boxes and grading shall be done. Thereafter the termination of the cables shall be carried out to complete the

installation of poles and lighting fixtures. All Safety and QC requirements shall be followed as mentioned in this document under the respective section.

7.10 Installation of safety barriers:

?There are 2 types of safety barriers to be used for traffic diversion: plastic barrier and concrete barrier.

?The size and characteristic shall fit the requirement of QCS 2010 and be approved by Engineer.

?The safety barriers will be installed along the roads to separate the traffic zone and work zone according to the designed drawings.

?There shall be 2 rows of safety barriers, the plastic barriers will be installed outside the concrete barriers.

?Necessary signage is required as per WZTMS as well as warning lights and reflective warning tape.

Section 8.0: Quality Control and Requirements

?All material and workmanship should comply with specifications and drawings approved by engineer. As per QCS2010 requirements should be strictly followed for compliance.

?The survey equipment should have calibration certificate and approved by Engineer.

?Make sure all the equipment in good working order, and field checking for accuracy on regular basis.

?Mix shall be prepared of approved Mixing plant and transport to the site by dumpers with proper cover.

?The site engineer and QC engineer shall have the ability and responsibility to do his job well.

?Check the location, degree of compaction, level and other major elements as the work progress.

?Pay attention to the moisture content of the material before compaction.

?Equipment operators must have required trainings and approved third party operator competency certificate for the crusher machine.

?Sufficient numbers of welfare facilities for the number of workers, site toilets, rest and shaded areas, eating, dining area, cold drinking water supply and washing area.

?First aid room, facility and supplies.

Section 9.0: Health & Safety Considerations

9.1 General safety issues

?Staffs should wear full set of PPE (Helmet + Safety Shoe + High visibility Vest + Eye Goggle) as minimum requirement while on the site. The workers should wear additional PPE when performing specific task as per safety rules and regulations of the project.

?Equipments must be certified complying to the requirements.

?Operator must have valid certificate for proper equipment operation.

?Operator must maintain daily equipments complying with operation requirement.

?Barriers were arranged to separate the work place.

?Regular safety checks will be performed to eliminate potential hazards and to conform to safety regulations.

?Welfare facilities such as Rest shelter, toilet, sufficient drinking water and first aid kits must be arranged for the workers.

?The safety precautions should meet the requirements of QCS2010.

?Barricading of the working area and signage’s being put in place.

?lifting permit must be in place before implementing lifting work

?Specific safety arrangements see Appendix A: Risk assessment.

9.2 Emergency Arrangement

?Emergency contact should be informed to all staff before the work as stated in HSE Plan.

The contact numbers of the ERT (Emergency Response Team) are posted at vicinity on site and site offices and main rest areas. Key contact numbers are:

shall inform their supervisors or the Safety Officer or any member of the Emergency Team or site management as quickly as possible.

?The location should be cordoned off and persons not involved with the recovery action are not allowed to enter the area.

?After confirming that the emergency is over and there is no more danger, the Emergency Team Commander or the Project Manager shall give instructions to resume work and all employees shall return to their work places.

9.3 Consents and Permits

?The work place should be checked by the engineer before working. Any high-risk areas or the carrying out of high-risk operations such as hot work or confined space, etc. Permit-to-work system will be implemented. Permits such as obtained from the Supervision

Police Department as per approved drawings from all such parties herewith menttioned. Section 10.0: Environmental Considerations

10.1 Environmental Aspects

?The leakage of the equipment might occur. Leakage prevention, e.g. drip tray, should be provided for Leakage incidents.

?The vehicles and equipment might produce a large amount of dust. Dust control, e.g. water spraying, should be implemented at site.

10.2 Housekeeping

?The site shall always be kept in clean condition, rubbish and waste materials shall be frequently and regularly removed off site.

?Adequate number of rubbish collectors or designated area shall be provided for waste disposal.

?Materials shall be stacked safely and securely.

?Plant, equipment and material shall be positioned, as far as possible, not to cause obstruction to site accesses.

3、施工过程部署 3.1项目部设在水、电、道路方便的地点,内设办公室、会议室等。 3.2据现场实际情况,施工方向由低向高、由下至上施工,保证排水流畅。 3.3施工总顺序:根据设计图纸工程内容为:污水、给水、消防、电缆、道路。 3.4进场道路:依据道路从南向北展开施工。 3.5项目部与建设单位等有关部门联系施工用水、用电,及时安装电源和供水管,保证施工用水、用电。 第三章施工进度计划及保证措施 1、施工准备工作计划 1.1会审图纸。了解设计意图,了解各分项分部工程的质量要求。对不利于工程进度的因素做好仔细分析,确定具体施工方案使不利因素对工程的影响降低到最低限度。同时,将具体施工方案等文字材料上报建设单位、设计单位和监理单位。 1.2编制施工组织设计,报监理工程师审核。 1.3准备好材料、机械设备以及有关成品、半成品技术资料。 1.4复测由建设单位及设计单位提供的原有水准点及坐标点,并通知项目监理现场核实。 1.5向监理工程师提供所测现场实际地面高程。 1.6做好现场的文明施工工作 2、施工顺序场地平整→施工放线→沟槽开挖→管道铺设→砌筑检查井→回填→路槽→路面→人行便道(生活区)。 3、保证措施 3.1定期跟踪进度计划的执行情况,进行项目目标的计划值和实际值的比较,当发现项目目标偏离时采取纠偏措施。为避免项目目标再次发生偏离,仔细分析可能导致项目目标偏离的各种影响因素,并针对这些影响因素采取有效的预防措施。并形成相关文字材料,上报建设单位、设计单位和监理单位。 3.2在制定整个工程计划的前提下,详细制定分道工序计划,使每道工序顺序延接。 3.3施工期间应切实将责任落实于个人,分工明确,严格保证施工进度。 3.4对工程机械,劳力合理安排,以达最佳利用。 第四章各分部分项工程的主要施工方法

小区室外道路工程施工方案 一、工程概况 本工程位于阆中市七里新区长安东路,本工程小区室外道路总长2857.43m,由阆中市鼎峰建筑设计有限责任公司设计。 二、工艺流程 基坑底地坪上清理→检验土质→分层铺上→分层夯打→碾压密实→检验密实度→修整找平验收 1、填土前,应将基底表面上的树根、垃圾等杂物都处理完毕,清除干净。 2、检验回填土的质量有无杂物,检验是否符合规定,以及回填土的含水量,是否在控制的范围内;如含水量偏高,可采用翻松、晾晒或均匀参入干土等措施;如遇回填土含水量偏低,可采用预先洒水润湿等措施。 3、碾压时,轮(夯)迹应相互搭接,防止漏压或漏夯。 4、回填房心及管沟时,为防止管道中心位移及损坏管道,应用人工先在管子两侧同时填土夯实,直至管顶0.5m以上时,才可用蛙式打夯机。 5、回填土方每层压实后,应按规范进行环刀取样,测出干土的质量密度,达到要求后,再进行上一层的铺土。 6、填方全部完成后,表面应进行拉线找平,凡超过标准高

应补土凡低于标准高度的地方,及时依线铲平;度的地方, 找平夯实。 三、质量要求标准: 1、基底处理必须符合设计要求或施工规范的规定。 2、回填土的土料必须符合设计要求或施工规范的规定。 3、回填土必须按规定分层夯压密实。取样确定压实后的干密度,必须满足设计要求。 4、回填土工程允许偏差标高0--50mm。 四、道路工程: (1)土方工程: 1)路基填土:填土宽度及坡度应符合设计规定,并预留削坡宽度。外观鉴定碾压无颤动翻浆现象。 2)路床修整:外观鉴定碾压无颤动翻浆现象,表面无起皮、波浪现象。 3)路肩修整:碾压密实平整,高度与路面边沿相平,无挑肩现象。 4)道路基础:外观鉴定表面平整均匀,用12t以上的重型压路机碾压轮迹深度不大于5mm。 5)路面:表面处理的基础要坚实、平整、清洁。沥青用量准确,喷洒均匀,嵌缝清洁,扫墁均匀、不重叠。 6)道路缘石安装直顺平整、均匀一致,道牙后背回填密实平整。方砖步道铺装坚实平整,标高符合要求。

施工现场临时道路施工方案 1.编制依据 《建筑机械使用安全技术规程》JGJ33-2011; 《施工现场消防安全技术规范》GB50720-2011 《公路设计手册》(路基); 《城市道路路基工程施工及验收规范》(JJ44-91); 建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准(GB50300-2001)。 2.工程概况 本工程是为城市绿洲项目后期须封闭现在使用临绿色路的施工出入口改为在临环城南路重新开设施工出入口做准备。主要是为了现场内的材料运输以及砼搅拌车运输混凝土,混凝土运输车采用9立方米和10立方米的混凝土搅拌车。本着安全第一的原则,针对大型机械进场行驶路线,我项目部需对该行驶路线铺设临时道路(见附图,道路总长约884米,宽5米),以保证砼搅拌车施工的顺利进行。针对该工程编制施工方案,以指导施工。 3.施工部署 3.1.总体部署 本临时道路工程拟分两段进行施工。 第一施工段先进行由绿色路大门绕行至幼儿园这一段临时施工道路,该段长度约600米;第二段待整个地下室回填完成后,再将临悦景酒店一面的临时施工完成,该段长度约284米。 3.2.技术准备 进行临时道路规划,确定道路做法,绘制平面图。 3.3.机具准备

室外道路工程施工方案 1、工程概况 本工程室外道路工程,主要位于项目的西南侧。本工程主要施工内容包括2.5m宽道路长157.8m、4m宽道路长38.8m、5m宽道路长217.8m,6m宽道路长408.6m、7m宽道路长780.6m,道路雨水井125座。 1.1道路工程 1、本工程道路结构为素土夯实+50cm厚塘渣+10cm碎石+20厚C30砼+6cm粗式沥青+3cm细式沥青。 2、2.5m宽道路采取单向坡,坡度为1%;其余道路采取双向坡,4m宽道路坡度为1%,5m、6m、7m宽道路坡度均为1.5%。 3、本工程立缘石、平石、道路雨水井盖板材质均采用花岗岩亚光面芝麻灰,其尺寸为立缘石1000mm×230mm×150mm、平石500mm×300mm ×50(30)mm、雨水井盖板500mm×300mm×80mm。 4、道路雨水井做法详见国标图集05S518。 2、气候条件 2.1气温 绍兴市处于中、北亚热带季风气候过渡地带,季风气候显著,四季分明,雨量充沛,日照丰富,湿润温和。“三大盆地”气候各具特色,局地性小气候资源丰富,但洪涝、干旱和低温冷害等常有出现。常年平均气温16.5℃,极端最高气温39.5℃,极端最低气温-10.1℃,≥10℃的活动积温在5200℃以上,80%保证率为4800℃以上,日平均气温稳定通过10℃的初日常年平均出现在4月上旬中期。 初霜一般出现在11月中旬后期,终霜一般出现在3月下旬前期,无霜期年平均为238天。

(六)卵石路基基层施工 路基施工是道路施工重点,我们选用天然级配良好的卵石作为软基处理回填料,本工程采用200mm 厚卵石基层,用自卸汽车拉运倾倒,装载机整平后,压路机压实。 1、填筑 在监理工程师同意后进行填筑作业,卵石用自卸汽车拉运,填筑时采用水平分层填筑,即按照横断面全宽分层水平填筑,严格按照控制松铺厚度,在施工中根据回填总面积严格控制车数,由专人指挥卸车,严格控制卸车间距,从而达到控制松铺厚度的目的。 1 2、碾压 碾压选用20T重型压路机进行碾压,碾压时应特别注意碾压方法,由于卵石同土不同,其相互之间不存在大的粘聚力,为确保压实效果,应无漏压,无死角,前后相邻的两区段重叠1.0,1.5m进行压实,碾压时应特别注意,为了不扰动原状土,尽量采用静压的办法进行压实,最大行驶速度不超过 1.5km/h,压实到表面平整、坚实、无松散和无明显轮迹现象。 3、压实度控制 卵石层顶面要平整顺畅,不得有松散、软弹、翻浆等不平整现象,如不合格,必须重新处理。等车辆通行一段时间后,根据现场使用情况对路基沉陷破坏处进行修补处理。 (七) 砾石料填筑 3.1、砂砾石填筑的施工程序: 测量放线 ? 砂砾石料填筑摊铺平整 ? 压实? 验收。 3.2、砂砾石料填筑根据现场路基自身特点,等车辆通行一段 2 时间后,再在其上铺筑一层200mm 厚级配砾石。 3.3、砂砾石料采用挖掘机装、自卸车运输、人工辅助、装载机填料摊铺平整,压路机振动碾压结实,对碾压不到部位,采用人工和小型夯实机械辅助夯实。 (八)管涵施工 本工程修筑管涵2座:具体做法为在灌溉沟渠内埋设10米长RC?级Φ1500水泥涵管导流,然后分层回填土并整平至水泥涵管顶部0.7m,用压路机压实路基,在其上铺筑 200mm厚级配砾石整平压实后作为进场道路。 第五章、质量保证措施 按国家施工验收规范和优质工程标准组织施工;按建安工程质量检验评定标准和优质 工程质量标准检查和评定工程质量;施工操作按照工艺标准执行。

室外道路工程施工方案 一、道路概况 本工程设计主要内容包括:机动车道路、人行道路、植草砖绿化步行道。 主要场地做法如下: 1、机动车道路:沥青混凝土路面(中粒石沥青混凝土路面) (1)50厚中粒式沥青混凝土面层;(2)200厚碎石(或卵石); (3)300厚3:7灰土或300厚无机混合料;(4)路基碾压,压实系数≥0.93; 2、人行道路:混凝土透水路面砖(混凝土连锁砌块路面) (1)铺置60厚预制异型混凝土连锁砌块,生石灰粗砂扫缝后洒水封缝; (2)30厚1:3干硬水泥砂浆,上撒素水泥;(3)150厚3:7灰土或150厚无机混合料; (4)素土夯实; 3、人行道内侧路牙(花岗石立道牙); 4、车行道内侧路牙(花岗石平道牙); 二、道路路基地表清理 1、路基施工前,做好原地面临时排水设施及地下管线勘察,开挖路基两侧临时排水沟以降低潜水位,并与永久排水设施相结合。 2、正常的路段,路基填筑前对地表线以下30cm的渣土、杂物进行清理外运。认真处理现况路基内废弃的排水设施。现况地表的人工杂填土层主要为建筑垃圾和生活垃圾等非适用材料,经现场确认后清除至良好底层并运至弃土场。 3、清表至基底标高后,如有软土地基和低洼坑沟时,请监理、设计现场确认,提出处理方案,根据进度情况可按要求厚度分层回填砂砾,碾压密实后再继续进行上层路基的填筑。 4、土基压实度标准为:填方路基0~30cm,压实度应≥95%;填方路基30~80cm,压实度应≥95%;填方路基80~150cm,压实度应≥94%;填方路基150cm 以下,压实度应≥92%;挖方路段0~30cm,压实度应达到96%;挖方路段30~80cm,压实度应达到96%。 5、沿路基底宽度外侧50cm左右设定填筑边线,对此范围地表进行平整压

为了防止施工现场道路泥泞,便于施工车辆的正常运行,材料正常供应,依据规范安全文明施工JGJ59-2011规定,施工现场道路需硬化覆盖处理。 第二章工程概况 一、工程特点: 本项目为天津富润房地产开发有限公司武清项目工程,位于武清区杨村镇翠通路凯旋王国东侧,本工程包括多层、高层、别墅、商业门脸。 二、施工要求: 厂区道路走向详见施工现场平面布置图,做法见剖面图。 1、平整场地:现场地面高低不平需平整场地,采用人工和机械两种方法平整。 2、道路路基:采用素土碾压,压实度≥93%(重型压实标准)。道路路基填方区域不得使用淤泥、腐植土、耕植土等不符合施工规范的土壤,回填土必须分层碾压,每层虚铺厚度不得大于500mm。 3、临时道路主路宽度为6米支路为5米,长度以实际测量为准。 4、楼渣基层:600mm厚楼渣铺设;楼渣铺完后用碎石进行嵌缝。楼渣层每边宽出砼路面800mm. 5、砼路面:200厚C25商品混凝土面层分块浇筑,振捣密实,随打随抹平。道路两侧做400*600mm排水沟,15米间距做收水井。 6、部分道路两边需作加固处理。 第三章施工方法

一、工程概况 工程名称:银翔·盛世悦庭 建设单位:重庆银翔房地产开发有限公司 设计单位:重庆市天开建筑设计事务所有限责任公司 监理单位:重庆正信建设监理有限公司 施工单位:重庆松龙建筑(集团)有限公司 本工程位于重庆市合川区土场镇三口村,南侧与在建北汽银翔汽车生产基地相邻,该段建筑面积约5.8万平方米。抗震设防类别为丙类,抗震设防烈度为6度,耐火等级为一级。结构安全等级为二级。设计使用年限为50年。 基础型式主要采用旋挖钻机钻孔灌注桩,部分采用独立柱基,结构形式为全落地剪力墙结构及框架结构,屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级,基础设计等级为丙类,按六度抗震设防。 二、编制原则 1、以质量为中心,精心组织、科学管理为指导思想,以全面、合理、有计划地组织施工,做到施工技术全面性、可行性、针对性的和先进性。结合工程特点,自始至终对施工现场全过程严密监控,动静结合,科学管理,实施项目法管理,通过对劳力、设备、材料、资金、技术、方法的优化管理实现成本造价,工期、质量及社会信誉的预期目标效果。 2、严格执行国家建设部及交通部颁发标准、国家规范与规程。

三、便道设置原因 因二期7-9#楼施工过程中有大量材料进场,材料车多为大吨位运输车(如钢筋车辆、混凝土车辆、河砂、碎石、砌体车辆等),且多为主材车,材料是否到位,将影响整个工程的工期。材料供应成为制约整个工程工期关键,材料便道的畅通是保证材料供应的前提,重中之重。因此必须修建一条适用的施工便道才能保证材料供应和工程的顺利进行。 拟建工程处于新规划区域,场外道路多为新近回填土层、粉砂岩、上部较为松散,无法满足大吨位材料车的承载要求;且目前正值雨季,雨水浸泡将软化新回填的路基,影响道路的稳定性及强度。必须对现场道路进行加固处理。 四、便道设置 拟修便道走向:根据现场平面布置,便道走向沿3#楼围墙外3#楼与4#楼之间施工大门口到8#楼外部围墙处,将8#楼围墙拆除6.5米宽作为8#楼施工大门,松龙一部6#楼外大门口到二期7#楼外大门口位置布置,共两段道路(详附图),6#-7#楼大门口段因原一期土方堆码过多,道路宽度不够必须采用推土机将原堆土推开再施工道路。
