阿拉伯联盟国家汉语翻译人才培训项目
招生简章和课程大纲
一、项目简介
为促进中国与阿拉伯国家联盟的双边关系发展，培养阿盟国家汉语翻译人才，教育部和外交部合作设立“中阿汉语翻译联合培养项目”，面向具有中国语言和文学专业背景的阿盟国家政府部门、企事业单位从事国际交流与合作相关工作的优秀职员和有意于从事汉语翻译工作的应届毕业生。
项目学员将在上海外国语大学进行为期一年的汉语进修和口笔译实践训练，结业时达到较高的口笔译水平。结业后，学员须保持与阿盟秘书处的经常性联系，必要时配合相关工作。
上海外国语大学将组织专业考官队伍地报名学员进行遴选考试，考试分为口试（口译实战）与笔试（中阿互译）两个部分，最终将根据学生口笔译水平两方面的指标来决定是否录取。
二、培训时间和课程设置
1. 培训时间
本项目培训时间为一学年，分两个学期进行，每学期18个教学周。每年9月入学，至次年6月份结束。
2. 学分要求
培训课程将开设必修课14门，共44学分，学员须参加全部必修课程并获得课程学分；开设选修课20门，共40学分，学员须在两学期内选修4学分的选修课程。
3. 课程设置
注：我校每年根据项目情况将对课程进行调整，以下课程为2016年项目课程，仅供申请者参考。
阿英汉交传方向的中国学生一同上课，亦可使用学院的同传设备和资源进行口译实践方面的练习。
三、奖学金内容
1. 免交注册费、学费、基本教材费和住宿费；
2. 提供奖学金生活费3,000元/月；
3. 提供来华留学生综合医疗保险，800元/人/年；
4. 提供一次性往返国际旅费。
四、基本条件、报名时间和流程、申请材料及联系方式
1. 基本条件
（1）须有阿盟成员国国籍，愿为国籍国、阿盟和中阿合作提供服务；
（2）须有大学本科毕业以上学历或应届本科生，年龄在18周岁以上、30周岁以下，身心健康；
（3）须有HSK 5级（180分）或相当汉语水平；
（4）通过遴选考试。
项目申请人应同时符合上述条件。在阿盟国家政府部门、企事业单位从事国际交流与合作相关工作者优先考虑。“相当汉语水平”须由汉语言及相关专业教授或副教授提供推荐信和测试证明。
2. 报名时间：即日起至5月15日
3. 报名流程
（1）申请人登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录https://www.sodocs.net/doc/3d19117247.html,/laihua或https://www.sodocs.net/doc/3d19117247.html,后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。本项目“受理机构编号”可向阿盟秘书处咨询和索取
（2）将下列申请材料于报名截止时间前提交至上海外国语大学外国留学生部。
4. 申请材料（均一式两份）
（1）申请者本人签字的《中国政府奖学金申请表》；
（2）上海外国语大学入学申请表（请于上海外国语大学外国留学生部网站https://www.sodocs.net/doc/3d19117247.html,/上下载）
（3）经过公证的最高学历证明、学习成绩单。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明原件。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
（4）HSK证书或相当汉语水平证明复印件；
（5）护照复印件；
（6）阿盟国家政府部门、企事业单位从事国际交流与合作相关工作者需提供在职证明；

Old Age As regards health, I have nothing useful to say since I have little experience of illness. I eat and drink whatever I like, and sleep when I cannot keep awake. I never do anything whatever on the ground that it is good for health, though in actual fact the things I like doing are mostly wholesome. Psychologically where are two dangers to be guarded against in old age. One of these is undue absorption in the past. It does not do to live in memories, in regards for the good old days, or in sadness about friends who are dead. One’s thoughts must be directed to the future, and to things about which there is something to be done. This is not always easy; one’s own past is a gradually increasing weight. It is easy to think to oneself that one’s emotions used to be more vivid than they are, and one’s mind more keen, if this is true it should be forgotten, and if it is forgotten it will probably to be true. The other thing to be avoided is clinging to youth in the hope of sucking vigor from its vitality. When your children are grown up they want to live their own lives, and if you continue to be as interested in them as you were when they were young, you are likely to become a burden to them, unless they are unusually callous. I do not mean that one should be without interest in them, but one’s interest should be contemplative and if possible, philanthropic, but not unduly emotional. 翻译项目管理及其特点与管理内容 语言服务行业的兴起对外语学习者提出了新的要求。除扎实的语言功底外，语言学习者还应培养翻译项目管理，沟通能力，协调团队合作，术语管理等能力。其中项目翻译项目管理要求外语学习者熟知整个翻译工作流程，并根据项目情况弹性地管理进度，质量，风险，人力资源等事宜。笔者作为语言学习者，对翻译项目管理的概念，特点及管理内容进行阐述。 标签：翻译项目管理项目管理能力项目特点管理内容 一、翻译项目管理的必要性 从项目工作模式来看，由于翻译项目规模逐渐增大，翻译专业领域逐渐细化，协作式工作模式已成为语言服务公司的主要工作形式。部门间协作需要翻译项目经理进行宏观管理。从翻译流程来看，从启动到结束经过众多流程：译前的资料收集，术语库创建，任务安排；译中的翻译，审校，排版，本地化；译后的质量评估，术语维护等流程。流程之间的合理运作需要项目管理。从报告数据角度来看，据“2011年全国及天津滨海新区企业语言服务人才需求调研”报告数据显示，企业对人才需求排名最高的是高级译审，其次是翻译项目经理、高级翻译、市场经理等（王传英，2012：67 ）。从此报告可看出，项目管理型人才成为语言服务公司招聘的“新宠”。 二、翻译项目概述 1.翻译行业发展趋向 翻译项目从传统的单一横向“翻译+审校” 发展到纵横兼向的流程。整个翻译项目需上层管理团队，中层生产团队以及基层技术支持团队之间的协作，同时需要贯穿整个翻译项目的质量监控团队。因此，翻译行业向着流程化，多层管理化，专业化发展。 2.翻译项目管理概念及项目经理能力 根据美国项目管理协会对项目的定义：项目是为了创造独特的产品、服务或成果而进行的临时性工作。而翻译工作是在约定期限内，为满足客户需求而创造独特知识产品的活动。因此，翻译属于项目范畴。而项目经理需要在翻译过程中运用知识、技能、工具和方法，进行资源规划和管理，对预算、进度和质量进行监控，以确保项目能够按客户方与服务方约定时间表和质量标准完成。（本地化业务基本术语，2011：9）。根据其定义来看，本文从知识，技能，工具三方面阐述项目经理所需能力：在知识层面，项目经理需要掌握十大管理方面的知识，如项目时间管理、项目成本管理、项目质量管理、项目人力资源管理、项目沟通管理、项目风险管理、项目干系人管理等知识领域（崔启亮，2016：55）。在技能方面，项目经理需要项目执行技能。同时还需要个人软技能等。在工具方面，除
