Description :

1. We hereby declare that the above model is compliant to the Registration,

Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) 2006/121/EC.

2. We hereby agree that only REACH compliant materials and components will be used

in the assembly of the above model. Under no circumstances will non-compliant

materials and components be used in place of approved compliant equivalents

during the life of the product.

3. Should it be necessary, we agree to supply documentation demonstrating

compliance to the above directive of the above model as and when requested by the

Harvard plc group of companies. This will be in the form of an assessment

confirmation or report from an independent accredited test laboratory.

4. In the event that product is found to be non compliant after arrival in the EU, we

hereby agree to take immediate corrective action. We unconditionally agree to take

full financial responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of non compliant product

being found, including (but not limited to), costs relating to a UK rework, returning the

product for 100% credit, two way freight and inland transportation and administration

costs and loss of profit.
